This is not Cal OES, not a CPE vendor, and not the assigned Funding Advisor. Work is independent PMP/ENP consulting during CPE replacement (Chapter III residual list, item 4).
Quoted fees are not sold as one-click products. City residual is invoiced through AP and TD-290. Quotes/POs last at most 90 days after TD-284; invoice/TD-290 within 12 months.
