PSAP side of the table

Why seating matters

The installer cannot own your leftover strategy. The Branch cannot run your Friday brief. Cycle Steward is retained by the PSAP.

During CPE replacement, three chairs already exist: the MPA contractor installing the system, the assigned Funding Advisor administering SETNA, and you — still answering 9-1-1. A fourth chair on the vendor’s side, or a steward speaking as Cal OES, just adds noise.

Sitting on your side means leftover math, MAC impact, and the 90-day pack are written for the director and finance officer. Direction to the vendor still comes from you. We do not renegotiate MPA price. We do not lobby the Branch. Javad Romero Khoshnevisan is the lead, Sacramento. PMP is in progress; we do not publish invented credential numbers.

Not Cal OES. Not a CPE vendor. Not the assigned Advisor.
