What each package includes
Fixed-price stewardship during CPE replacement. We quote only against leftover after MPA. These amounts are copy — there is no one-click purchase. City residual is AP and TD-290.
Fits 1–4 positions, single site, thin leftover. You still get an artifact register, leftover math, a residual strategy memo, weekly briefs through a shorter install, TD-284 packet support, and the 90-day residual pack sized to what is left after MPA.
Choose this when Standard would collide with chairs, GIS, or headsets.

The expected product. Phases A–E: allotment and residual strategy, quote and SOW hygiene, implementation stewardship, cutover and TD-284, residual capture. Deliverables D1–D9 (register, strategy memo, award brief, weekly briefs, change log, cutover/fallback, TD-284 packet, residual filing package, closeout + invoice).
Quoted only when leftover after MPA supports it. Easier to reserve this NTE on TD-288 and amend down than to invent a line after acceptance.

Temporary relocate, multi-vendor GIS, or a cutover that needs a dedicated PSAP-side watch. Same workstreams as Standard with more hours on site readiness, tabletop, 240-hour log, and residual stand-up through day 90.

Leftover gate
Leftover = allotment letter minus the awarded MPA quote (then minus MACs that consume residual). We do not quote Standard until that math is on paper. We do not invent leftover dollars for a named center on this site. Send the current allotment letter and the live MPA quote; you get leftover math and a draft Advisor letter on your letterhead. You send it.
Quotes and purchase orders are valid at most 90 days after TD-284. Invoice and TD-290 within 12 months of acceptance. Optional $500 private-pay test deposit is not a city residual payment — see /checkout.
